The Restaurant

Dining is always a pleasure in the spacious, tastefully-appointed restaurant. During the summer, it is light and airy and opens onto the garden; during the cooler months it is candlelit and offers a warm and intimate atmosphere.

The table d'hote dinner menu changes daily and offers an excellent choice including fresh fish and local crabs (in season). A la carte and vegetarian menus are also offered, and special diets are willingly catered for.

We serve a traditional Sunday lunch of two or three courses with a tempting choice of freshly roasted joints and fish. Our Sunday lunch is a popular occasion, so do please telephone us to make a reservation.

From Monday to Saturday a varied lunch menu offers daily specials, freshly prepared snacks and sandwiches, available between 12 noon and 1.30 p.m. in the restaurant, bar lounge or garden.

The Bar

The relaxing atmosphere of the fully licensed bar provides an ideal setting to enjoy a drink. We serve Adnams cask ale, keg beer and lager, and offer a fine selection of wines.

At lunchtime freshly prepared Bar Snacks are enjoyed by our guests and local customers alike.
